As a Filipina San Francisco native, I am grateful to have grown up surrounded by diverse creatives with a wide array of talents. My creative spark ignited in high school, where I first learned the
foundations of video editing. I had the invaluable opportunity to shadow my aunt and uncle, then creative marketing directors for Levi’s and assist my uncle with the production and editing of his indie film Lumpia with a Vengeance. These experiences inspired my passion for video and my desire to work alongside a diverse and creative team, leading me to pursue a BFA in Film and Electronic Arts at CSULB.

During my studies, I delved into the art of storytelling, exploring how narratives are crafted, executed, and received. My curiosity about the creative choices behind videos—from films to commercials and social media—has driven me to understand the cultural and historical contexts that shape them.

This has motivated me to ask critical questions about each project: What makes it unique? How can it resonate with its audience?

Currently, I am collaborating with friends on a passion project: creating a dance organization in Oxnard, CA, which aims to provide accessible dance opportunities and classes. As a Creative Operations Coordinator, I ensure the team stays aligned with our mission, manage team projects, and produce and optimize social media content.
